My Health and Fitness career started in 1992 back in Southern California. I was certified through ISSA, International Sports Sciences Association. I have continued my education with several different companies over the years, here are just a few. ACE, American Counsel on Exercise, Titleist Performance Institute, and currently NASM-National Academy of Sports Medicine. My education is a ongoing thing, a daily part of what I truly enjoy. I spent over 15 in California running my business, Fit4Life at Rancho La Quinta Country Club.
