About
I'm not just a personal trainer, I will be your healthy lifestyle coach! I specialize in training women, because I know that when it comes to getting fit, there are other challenges we face along the way. Nearly all of my clients have experienced a mental transformation while they are transforming physically. I will be your support system and help guide you through your journey to health. My goal is to teach my clients skills to live a happier, healthier and more productive life. There are many trainers who can help you lose weight or get in shape for an event, but I will help you build life-long habits so that you can not only get the results, but keep the results! Every client receives a custom fitness and nutrition plan to meet her specific goals and needs — there are no cookie cutter workouts or one-size-fits-all meal plans. Each client is respected as an individual so she can get the results that she desires. Small group training (up to 4 people per session) is also available for those who prefer to get fit with friends! My favorite part about being a health coach is when my clients start to tell me how their training is improving their life outside the gym! For example when they tell me their knees no longer hurt going down the stairs, or how they now have the energy to keep up with their kids, or that their co-workers are commenting about how great they look!

Kelsey is an excellent coach, nutritional expert and personal trainer. I am impressed with the attention to details and her knowledge both in the gym and in the nutritional counseling she provides, along with the tools she offers, she has provided a vary thoughtful and well round program for my needs. She is very helpful in my goal to get my body in the best shape it has ever been in. After 2 weeks of training, I have already achieved a remarkable change in not just my appearance, but my energy, my vitality and in my well-being as well. Her program is easy to follow. She knows the gym work and how to layout a program that is perfect for me. I have no doubt that I will be able to achieve my goals with Kelsey’s expertise.

I've been working with Self Performance Fitness for almost a month now and I am so thankful I found Kelsey! She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all things fitness and nutrition. I lacked the motivation and discipline to exercise on my own, so figured I'd give personal training a try. I never knew I was capable of the types of workouts I am doing now with Kelsey. She is always encouraging and is good at knowing when you need more and when you need a little break. With her help, I know I will be reaching my goals.
