Jas was a phenomenal personal trainer!!! She started me off with the basics and helped me to get over my gym intimidation. As I became more comfortable in the gym and with the movements, we upped the ante and I started to lift the big girl weights 😆 Jas taught me that there’s a balance to this “fitness lifestyle”. You can have fun and train! She gave me a reality check: to get to where you want to be, it requires time and consistency. You can’t make a huge difference in your body in 6 to 8 weeks nor can you target a specific area for fat loss and the “trainers” that tell you that, are just trying to sell you something and they more than likely will make you feel like you’re not doing enough. It’s all about doing what you can and sticking to it! Consistency looks different for everybody. I highly recommend you book with Jas!! She’s such a kind, hilarious, fantastic trainer. I highly recommend her!!

Jasmine is AMAZING!!! I really appreciate her style of personal training. She is always attentive, actively listening and cheering you on! She's so knowledgeable on what she teaches and humble enough to know her scope and refer out. I can't recommend working with her enough!

Before starting training with Jas, I never really liked working out! Even being an athlete for years, I never liked the gym. Jas has done a great job putting together a plan that keeps me motivated, but also helps me reach my goals and actually enjoy my workouts! I’ve been able to get stronger, improve my back pain from sports injuries, and find a routine that fits my goals and lifestyle!
