I had my first session with Katie today. She is honest and encouraging. I worked muscles I haven't used before and left feeling better about my goals and abilities. I am happy I chose Katie at Your Strength to work with and I'm excited to reach my goal to re enlist in the service. Katie made me believe I can do anything I put my mind to. She made sure I stayed hydrated and was mindful in regards to a prior knee injury and surgery.

I am still in the process but so far it's been awesome working with Katie. She knows what shes doing, professional, fun and puts you to work. She's taught me to change my eating habits, the benefits of meal prep, protein intake and of course drink more water :) I do a couples training with my cousin and this was something that was out of our comfort zone but we both knew we need help on our journey to a stronger, healthier life. On a more personal note, I'm excited for the future when I begin to lose more, Katie has helped build my confidence and the empowerment that I can do this.

Katie is one of the most authentic people I've ever met. She cares so much about helping people grow and feel great and meet their goals. Her passion for a healthy lifestyle is inspiring on its own, but once she gets coaching, you feel like you can achieve all your goals and more. She's very knowledgeable about anatomy and movement placing a lot of focus on form which is great, because we all want to avoid injury while working out. You will leave your workout feeling energized and great about yourself. Shes simply the best.
