Honestly, she should be reported for animal abuse after what she did to my cat. I tried to give her a chance to refund me so I could get him cleaned up and finished in a few weeks but she refused and just wants to come back. No way I’m letting her near any of my pets again. First she wanted to sit on my brand new couch and give my long haired cat a cut after I told her I like to avoid messes and smells which is why I use groomers. My cat has scabs all over and his hair is uneven everywhere. He was in a lot of pain and if I could add more pics, I would. She might be fine with dogs but what she did to my Onyx is abuse 100%.Mar 30, 2019VerifiedTriple R (Rehabilitation, Recovery & Rescue)'s reply
I am so sorry that you felt that I did such a hirrible job on your kitty. I spent a long long time trying to be patient with him while he forever fought me and eventually he won and just took off. I was already an hour late for my next appointment and did offer my tip and said I would find out about the regular fee. I’m more sorry that you won’t let me finish him to even him up better and now you have refused the refund as well. Sorry for such a disappointment.
Was great having someone come to my home. Less stress on my cat.Mar 23, 2019Verified
Even after I gave a wrong address she still came! My cat had mats everywhere and now she looks absolutely amazing! I will definitely be using again!Mar 31, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Depends on job; what all is needed done, the size of the animal, the temperment of the breed and the travel expense. We do offer multi-pet discounts as well as for regularly scheduled business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Getting acquainted with both the client and the pet. Finding out what is important about the grooming or specifics of handling the pet and sitting jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Started out as a kennel worker when I was eleven years old. Trained and worked my way up to groomer, then assistant and then Technician. I have a pre-Veterinary degree in college and an associates degree in Veterinary Technology, being within the top 2% of my class.
