The drop off site needs to be better represented, as well as having a official letterhead receipt from the company. After that I was contacted and informed of the repair needs and soon after had my computer was repaired and working great

Dan get a great job of getting rid of the viruses on our computer and also installing some security programs which work effectively. His rates are also reasonable and prompt to his appointments.

My laptop was making a wonky noise. I turned it in to Quicky Tech and Daniel Mckee, and the mere mention of the group to my laptop made the noise go away. Even better, Daniel did not charge me for the diagnostic time. If the noise comes back, I will consider Quicky Tech as a repair solution.

Dan is honest and reliable and very knowledgeable. He was able to set up our laptop and desktop with just the software we needed, taking off all the extra unnecessary stuff the computers come with, and offering the most cost effective solution to our needs.

He arranged an appointment quickly. He grasped the nature of the problem and was able to communicate to me in terms that I could understand. He listened to what I had to say which is not always the case with "computer experts". He fixed the problem in a timely fashion and his charges were reasonable.
