- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first ask questions about what the student is looking for in lessons. "What are your goals? What styles of music or techniques do you want to learn or avoid?" Are a few questions we use to set up the student and teacher up for success in lessons. At the first lesson, we discuss the importance of practicing, and help the student set up a practice schedule. All subsequent lessons start out by reviewing what was practiced, and then going over new things to work on till the following lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our providers are music therapists, and have training in redirecting off-task behavior, and providing lots of opportunities for success. While the lessons are not considered music therapy, the music therapy background helps each provider to be more flexible, patient, and supportive in lessons.
