Saint is the best piano tuner we have ever had. My piano holds its pitch perfectly. When he’s done tuning, He always tests the pitch by playing a beautiful song for me! Always a treat!

Saint Santiago was greatly professional and helpful. I really appreciated how thorough and meticulous he was when tuning my piano. I am very impressed! My piano was down to pitch 415, so he raised it to 420; it still sounds and plays so much better. Thank you incredibly. I highly recommend Saint’s services.

For over two years our piano was virtually unplayable. It had been previously damaged. During that time several piano tuners repeatedly tried and failed to repair it. Saint attacked the problem and refused to stop until he succeeded in repairing the problem. After hours of work over a two day period Saint wholly succeeded in bringing our piano back to life. It is now a pleasure to play.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. Plus my base price includes tax already added. I Love Pianos but I dislike Math so I like to keep it simple. Cost is the same for an upright a spinet or a grand and I do not charge for mileage. ALL tunings are $200.00 The first time through Thumbtack. most repairs are normally free of charge as long as I am tuning the piano anyway and no parts are needed. AND HERE"S THE FINE PRINT!!! Once you are my client and on my client list. IF YOU TUNE YOUR PIANO AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR YOUR PRICE WILL NEVER GO UP!!! YOUR RATE WILL ALWAYS BE WHATEVER MY CURRENT RATE WAS WHEN WE FIRST MET. I APPRECIATE LOYALTY AND THAT IS MY THANK YOU TO YOU. I do not service organs or digital keyboards.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am and have been a member of the Piano Technicians Guild since 1999. Aside from forums on the website as well as monthly technical meetings. I attend yearly conferences and Regional seminars to stay on top of my field and learn from the worlds best tuners. A good day is one where you wake up. A GREAT day is one where you learn something new.
