FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They are posted on my website and are competitive based on my geographic location and advanced training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I submit a detailed new client questionnaire to be completed and returned at the first session. We will take some time at that first session to review your goals, health history and studio policies. Then we get moving! I can evaluate you further while I have you learn some basic Pilates exercises and techniques- you will evaluate me too! If our styles and personalities are compatible we will look at our schedules and aim for a recurring time/day for your future sessions. It’s a two-way relationship and I stress that through asking for feedback consistently during your sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Level 4 Certified Rossiter System Practitioner and Reiki Master. I attend industry workshops on a regular basis as well as completing a certification for Burn at the Barre, Buff Bones® Licensed instructor and Certified Pilates for Neurological Conditions instructor. I am a Pilates Method Alliance Certified Pilates Teacher (PMA-CPT) which requires comprehensive Pilates certification on all Pilates equipment, completion of a 500+ hour program and ongoing continuing education requirements. I’m American Red Cross First Aid and CPR certified and am a SilverSneakers instructor.
