Lee was very prompt and professional. He took a detailed approach into determining our problem. Even when our issue was beyond his scope of work, he provided suggestions and possible long term improvements to our system. I would definitely recommend Torch Plumbing in the future.

Lee was great! We had a backed up toilet in our office in the Northwest Phoenix area. I appreciate his willingness to come out the same day as my request (day before a holiday) I told him it could wait until Monday. He called ahead of time saying he was on his way. He showed up right on time. He worked very hard in the heat to try and fix our issues. I will recommend him to whoever needs a plumber.
