If your surfaces have any rust stains that you wanted treated that will be an additional up charge due to the chemical and time involved.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive with the Valley market. We do offer discounts when you bundle multiple areas to be pressure washed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start out by sending you a quote based on the square footage of the area to be cleaned. Once accepted we schedule a service time and date. When we arrive we will do a walk-through pointing out anything that might be an issue during cleaning. After the service is complete we will send an invoice to collect payment as well as an email asking for a review.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved working with my hands, especially working outside. I started pressure washing because I love making surfaces look new again.
