I required help with finding a missing loved one. The PI was quick to respond and help. He knew just what to do in my type of case. Fortunately, we had a happy ending. I highly recommend this agency.

Dave was awesome! Needed him on the job last minute for the entire day and he was there for me ! No questions asked super discreet got me all the evidence I needed to confirm my boyfriend was cheating. Do not hesitate to get the answers you need if you think he or she is doing things they shouldn’t be. It was well worth every dollar spent I have peace of mind and now know that my intuition was spot on!!!!

Dave was a life saver. We had a family member go missing and while we couldn’t bring her home (she is 18) he was able to track her down and have her contact us. The peace of mind to hear her voice left us very pleased with his services. He left the door open for any future assistance as well!

I tried to use this guy for my son. He charged me 800 for a retainer. He said he charged 100 out of it which is no problem but when we notified him we were not gonna use him he said he would only refund 400. Well i got screwed there . But anyway i have only received 200 of that and cant get the rest. It took him a month to come up with my first 200 now was told it would be sun 11/11 and nothing. Guess hes not very good of a pi if he cant pay back the 200 he owes. He wont answer me.

This guy is a total scam. He did nothing for my case. The only time he did anything with any sense of urgency was when he ran down to my job to collect the money. I hired him to help confirm (not find) my stolen dog's location. I gave him all the information (addresses, licence plates etc... ) that he needed for confirmation. Well, not only did not confirm anything for me, he wouldn't even call me back. Do not hire this clown!!!

You are lying. I did everything possible within the law to get the information you wanted. I confirmed who lived at the address, which was one of the things you asked for, and I ran license plates to see who the other vehicles belonged to. The only way to confirm for certain if the dog was there would be to spend many hours on surveillance, which you didn't want to pay for.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike many other agencies, Venator does not charge for report writing time, nor the first hour of travel time or the first 50 miles (for at least 8 hours surveillance) per day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll meet in person (if convenient for you) or speak on the phone, go over the details and objectives of the case, and explain the process of conducting an investigation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nine years of experience in various aspects of investigations and security consulting.
