I love PMI and it’s simply because of JIM MURPHY. He is THE BEST realtor. I’ve been a renter for almost 8 years, and Jim really changed the renting game for me. My view specifically. As renters it is HARD to get a good place, safe area for a decent price and on top of that landlords seem to be slumlords who neglect tenants and leave them in unbelievable situations. NOT PMI though. Not JIM MURPHY. Jim is on top of things even though he has a heavy heavy workload. You can see his passion and heart for what he does by how caring he is. Jim goes above and beyond and makes sure his tenants are happy and in safe living conditions, which unfortunately in the past has not been the case with every other company I’ve been with. I am truly blessed to have found Jim. And will FOREVER be thankful.

I have been doing work with Jim at PMI, as a handyman, for several years now. He has always been very fair dealing with me and always open to listen to my concerns about any repairs that need done at the properties he manages. He has never hesitated to have me repair things correctly and quickly when possible. I know if I owned properties and needed a management company I would not hesitate to work with Jim at PMI Phoenix Golden West.
