I've had a great experience with Renter's Warehouse. Being a first time landlord is overwhelming - but, with the help from my Agent - Michael Ray - everything has turned out great! My house was vacant for 3+ months while I was trying to decide what route to take. As soon as I contacted Renter's Warehouse, Michael had my house rented in 10 days! He also had great recommendations regarding home warranties and items to fix/clean. I definitely appreciate everything they do!

We recently decided to work with a property management team. This is our first time and Ivan Kolev was so great to have on our team! Ivan was prompt, professional, honest and exceeded our expectations! He walked us through our listing process right through to now and our keys are in the hands of our new tenant so fast! I was 1st scheduled to meet with Ivan Kolav to look at a rental home on Monday 04/06/15 at 1000. He texted me at 0950 and let me know that he might be 5 minutes late and I thought that was cool. The fact that he reached out and let me know, appreciated the initial courtesy. I showed up at the rental home at 1000 at the exact time Ivan did, he was right on time. This kicked off our rental relationship, sometimes it is the little things that make a difference. He showed me the rental and was very professional in the process. We talked for a long time in the home and then I made the decision to pursue it. Throughout the process he was very prompt in his responses and finding out information from the owners. When it came down to the walkthrough on the property on Monday 04/20/15 at 1000, he again was on time and let me know that he would be getting help from his mentor Sean Queen for the inspection process. I met Sean Queen and he was also very professional. I appreciated the teaching process that he displayed and the thoroughness that they both had in making sure everything was documented with the property. I was very pleased and impressed with both of these gentleman and they made this experience very smooth for me and my children. To add to this on the day of the move Tuesday 04/21/15 which happened to be my daughters 15th birthday, Sears delivered the washer and dryer. When installing it there was a leak with the valves that Sears said I needed to get fixed. I pinged Ivan later in the day and told him about that and also a small leak that was discovered in the hallway bathroom. He was on it and a handyman named Jeff showed up later that evening and resolved both issues. Wow, so far so GOOD in my new rental property. Thanks to RENTERS WAREHOUSE for making this process smooth and THANKS to Ivan and Sean for their professionalism and adding the HUMAN factor to the process.

From the first contact until my condo was rented out I received outstanding service from my RW representative Phillip Hamilton. Since I had already moved out of state I truly had to rely on him to take care of things for me.
Phillip was wonderful,kept e informed,promptly dealt with issues, paperwork and my questions and concerns.
Without his help and the Renters Warehouse system I would have had a serious problem. As it unfolded, no worries mate!

I highly recommend using Jo Lynn as an agent if you own a property in the East Valley and you are looking for an agent that makes things happen. Jo Lynn was great explaining the process and she answered my questions quickly and kept me informed about what was happening and what I could do to speed the rental process.
I was worried that it would take a long period of time to rent the house because we put the home on the market right before Christmas and the house is located in the Southeast Valley. As soon as our agent, Jo Lynn, posted the information at the various sites the Renters Warehouse uses she was sending me information about prospective candidates. She was really good about asking about our expectations in a renter.
It seems like everyone has a pet and we had major concerns about what would happen to the home if we allowed a renter with a dog to rent the home. This property is special to us because we had it built with a number of hand-picked extras. The first three or four candidates all had large dogs and Jo Lynn asked if we would consider them we answered no. Jo Lynn did not give me a hard time and she kept looking for a client who we would be comfortable with and sending me information on other prospective renters. She found us another perspective tenant with a great rental history and they wanted to sign a two year lease they qualified to rent the home and we were more than happy to sign the contract.
Jo Lynn scheduled a time for us to meet the renters after they moved. We just wanted to say hi and meet them they insisted that we walk through the house. The house looked so good, that I joked with the renters that I wanted to move back in. I am really happy with them and the work Jo Lynn did to find the right clients.
