I've had a great experience with Renter's Warehouse. Being a first time landlord is overwhelming - but, with the help from my Agent - Michael Ray - everything has turned out great! My house was vacant for 3+ months while I was trying to decide what route to take. As soon as I contacted Renter's Warehouse, Michael had my house rented in 10 days! He also had great recommendations regarding home warranties and items to fix/clean. I definitely appreciate everything they do!

I haven’t had to rent a home since I was in college...many years ago. The process sure has changed. Philip Hamilton made the process seem easy. If I had any questions he got me the pertinent information as soon as he could. He took the time to explain the on line services and everything worked just like he said...I needed to move quickly and he worked with the owner to get me into the house asap...I had a very positive experience with Philip Hamilton.
