Craig is also a fantastic salesman—he introduced us to aerial and twilight photography, which added an extra level of appeal to our property. The final photos were stunning, showcasing our space beautifully and enhancing its listing appeal. Our only regret is that the twilight photos didn’t fully reflect the ambiance our guests experience, as all interior and pool house lights were turned on. A more natural lighting approach would have better captured the feel of a true evening stay. Jacob made the experience super easy. He responded to my request immediately with a call with availability for that week. After scheduling, he communicated his timeline and plan every step of the way. We loved working with Mengus Photography! We hired Kevin and his team to take photos of our rental apartment for advertisement purposes, and we could not have been more pleased with the results. From the beginning, Kevin did an excellent job of prompt and clear communication. He consistently responded to our messages the same day or even within a few hours, and was able to work with us to get us what we needed at a very reasonable rate. Although the property he was shooting for us had somewhat of an odd layout, the lighting and angles that Kevin used showcased the best parts of the home and the photos came out looking better than we had hoped for. He also went above and beyond the requirements of the job to make sure we got the best photos possible. The day that Kevin was scheduled to shoot the photos ended up being cloudy and overcast, so he offered to reschedule for the next day at no charge to us. As a result, the photos of the outside of the property turned out beautifully! Throughout the whole process, Kevin was both friendly and professional. Mengus Photography was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing quality real estate photos!
