Introduction: We understand that your home is one of your largest investments. Our Certified Home Inspectors will look at your home through experienced eyes and will prepare a report that will identify any existing problems. We answer the phones seven days a week from 7am to 10PM, a testament to our customer service. Your home is important to both of us and we will treat it as if it is our investment. If you have a question the next day or the next year all you need to do is call. I simply love homes. All the different style, building materials, and construction methods used throughout history. I have been on a construction site since I was a toddler and have not stepped away from it yet.

Callahan did a pre-closing home inspection for us and provided a very prompt, detailed report (in electronic format at our request) which included very helpful detailed photographs of items needing attention. We were so pleased with his services, we asked him to return to verify that items which the seller had agreed to remedy were completed per contract AND per code. Callahan even suggested some items for our attention related to local climate that will help us limit utility costs, manage maintenance, and avoid unnecessary repairs. We not only highly recommend his services to others, we plan to use his services on an annual basis. The ONLY disappointment was that when I asked if he could provide the winning numbers to PowerBall, he gave us winning numbers to a PRIOR drawing!

My wife and I were considering selling our home in Goodyear, AZ. Before we listed it we wanted to know the condition of our home. We employed Mr. Callahan Shea of Champ Home Inspections to perform an inspection. He did a most thorough job and having personal high quality home building experience was certainly a plus. He also advised how to repair the minor issues he found. We listened to him and when it was time for our house to close, the buyers inspector passed our house with a great review. I have used Callahan Shea at Champ Home Inspection on two separate home purchases and I chose him twice due to his thoroughness and accuracy of his inspections. He went through the houses with a fine tooth comb and provided me with piece of mind I was making the right decision on buying these properties. Pricing is simple. All prices are based on square footage. No hidden or extra costs for pool, spas, age, etc.
