I had the privilege of working with technician Aaron Everett and all I can say is OUTSTANDING and PROFESSIONAL. Aaron was punctual, met me with a firm handshake and listened intently to what I was trying to do with my whole house water filtration system installation. Before doing any work, he carefully explained the estimated bill to me and answered all my questions. He even made a few suggestions that only made the installation more efficient. On the day of the installation, he said he would be at my house at 6am and he arrived at 5:55. He was able to knock out the project in a little over 2 hours from start to finish. I was so greatly impressed with his knowledge, skill, and unending professionalism. He and Flow Tech Plumbing will be my technician/Plumbing company of choice moving forward. Aaron and Flow Tech are 5 star from start to finish. The company’s communication is timely and effective. I worked with Christine who was also fabulous and so very helpful. These folks know the value of good customer service. I’ll be a customer for life.
