I reached out to Custom Plumbing on 03/09/26 after our hose bib broke earlier that day, forcing us to shut off the main water supply to the house. It was an urgent situation, and once Custom Plumbing understood the issue, they scheduled a team to come out that same evening for a free assessment.
Ironically, it happened to be the one day it rained—and it was really coming down when they arrived. The weather didn’t slow them down at all. They got right to work, assessed the problem quickly, and provided a clear estimate.
Like most plumbing issues, I was bracing myself for a big bill, but I was relieved when their quote came in lower than the averages I had found online. Even better, the repair was completed in less than 30 minutes and our water was restored right away.
The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I really appreciate them coming out so quickly and getting everything fixed despite the weather. I would definitely recommend Custom Plumbing to anyone needing fast and reliable service.

We loved working with this company. They showed up when they were supposed to and did a fantastic job. We needed a full replacement of a new tankless hot water heater and since the work has been done the water pressure and hot water has never been better! Also for a reasonable price!
