- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we respond promptly to learn more about their project. From there, we: Schedule the next available appointment to visit the property. Personally measure the home and assess the roof or project area. Prepare a detailed quote based on our findings, including any required photos or notes. Deliver the quote. Our process is designed to be clear, fast, and hassle-free, so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) for roofing, which means we meet all state requirements for training, safety, and workmanship. Our team has hands-on experience with a wide range of roofing systems and materials, and we stay current with industry standards to ensure every project is completed to code and built to last.
