I have found that communication with Viva landscaping has been fantastic. In fact, compared to my prior landscapers, their communication has been phenomenal despite what the other reviews are stating. They are also very friendly and personable. They put new sod in my front yard and it was an easy and stress free process. Work was done to my satisfaction as well.

I can’t speak highly enough about this company. Lucio and his team did an amazing job on my backyard. I had new sod put in and artificial turf for the dog run. Lucio was always quick to return calls or texts and his team was prompt and thorough in their work. They went above and beyond for me even after they were finished with the job to answer follow up questions and provide me names for landscape companies that can continue maintaining the lawn. I highly recommend this company.
