I have found that communication with Viva landscaping has been fantastic. In fact, compared to my prior landscapers, their communication has been phenomenal despite what the other reviews are stating. They are also very friendly and personable. They put new sod in my front yard and it was an easy and stress free process. Work was done to my satisfaction as well.

Viva has great capabilities. They work solid making sure it looks great. Lucio was great to communicate with and express what we were needing. We had some hiccups on our project which took longer but Lucio worked to get us a quick fix. I would use Viva again.
