FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always advice my students to start with a quick video call talk via Skype, Hangouts, Zoom or FaceTime to meet and see what we need to focus on first. The new student simply has to contact me via email or by telephone to arrange the day and time that works best. If the student decides to move forward with a one-time lesson or a package, will scheduled the time and date. The classes are strategically designed to meet the students’ needs on conversation, pronunciation, exercises or grammar. You will receive all materials necessary prior to the lesson via e-mail. So, get ready to start learning and have fun! What do you need? You need a connection to internet, laptop, desktop or smartphone. If you do not have Skype, you can download it for free. Also, we can work with Hangouts, Zoom or FaceTime
