- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an eternal student. I LOVE to learn and love to keep myself up-to-date on the latest science and research of how positive thinking, imagination and willpower can help us create a reality full of possibilities. I am a voracious reader and will have anywhere from 1 to 6 books going at the same time. I listen to podcasts, go to seminars and attend reiki shares to increase my knowledge and continue my own personal and spiritual growth.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A long story short, I went through a very adverse childhood and young adulthood that caused me to question everything. I began searching for meaning and purpose in my life and studying personal and spiritual growth at a fairly young age. As I noticed the differences it was making in my life, I began helping others learn these tools as well. I loved how it made me feel to see the light go on in another's eyes and I was hooked! I have spent the last ten years of my life working with children, teens and adults in all walks of life, from homeless shelters to schools, to corporate America, helping them learn to love their lives. I know I can help you too!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do are one-on-one Reiki sessions and hypnotherapy sessions. The next most common job would be teaching classes. I teach at least one to two classes a week on various topics, my favorite is teaching people how to do "The Work" of Byron Katie. A wonderful process of inquiry that unravels unhealthy thought patterns. I have seen this process completely shift paradigms in mine and other's lives!
