FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first three steps include a phone call, an email overview and a face-to-face either in person or online. That charge is $150. This is the most intensive aspect of our work. (See below.) Then, I will charge $60 an hour after that for instruction or writing services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone call about the client's goals - personal and professional - their topic, and the key points they want to cover. We have a discussion about the type of help they are seeking, what they feel their challenges may be and what they hope to have happen in training. After that call, I prepare an email on how to prepare for our in person or online session. (So, the initial fee is actually about 2.5-3 hours of my services.) The idea is that you get the most out of our working relationship in the shortest amount of time and to be productive independently. If you have a deadline or a project in mind, I set you to work immediately on the mental process that will help you succeed.
