- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept most commercial insurance plans, MedicareAZ and Medicare Advantage plans, and offer affordable private pay options. We can help you determine if we're in network with your plan, and we're happy to answer any questions about payment and cost. If we don't know, we can help you find out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding a mental health appointment can be difficult in the Valley. You may've called and emailed other therapists to inquire about therapy or schedule an appointment only to never hear back. Don't worry. We got you. We'll get back within 1 business day, usually even the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a state-licensed mental health facility. Our clinicians are master's level therapists with training to support kids from 4 years and older, teens, adults, and older adults.
