The gentleman was on time and came in ready to work. We looked at the area for the mount as well as a mount we currently had on the wall in the master bedroom to assess if it was usable for mounting the TV in the other room. When he assessed the situation, he went and got his tools, asked me to double check where I wanted the TV mounted, and went right to work. He even spackled over the holes where the old TV mount had been. He was very meticulous and pleasant and even vacuumed up the dust on the floors when he was done. You don't find quality service like that anymore!!!
