- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and level of customization. Upholstery is custom work, so prices vary by piece and fabric choice. We provide clear estimates before starting, and a deposit is required to reserve materials and production time. There are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering basic information such as photos, approximate measurements, and how the furniture is used. If a customer isn’t sure what details to provide, that’s completely fine — we guide them through the process and ask the right questions. Once we understand the project, we provide a ballpark estimate so customers can decide if it makes sense to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of hands-on experience in custom upholstery and furniture work, including cushions, seating, and fully customized pieces. My background is built on practical training, real-world projects, and continuous learning, including the design and construction of custom upholstered beds and specialty furniture.
