- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I go on a project-basis, but my hourly runs from $50 - $125 per hour, depending on the scope of what is reuired to complete your project. There is a one hour minimum fee, and first time clients pay a 50%-of-quoted project upon acceptance of my estimate before the job begins. I accept cash, local checks and credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first discuss your goals for the finished project - your target demographic and how to turn your ad into an money making device with long "legs".
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My industry is constantly changing - I do weekly online tutorials in all of the software I regularly use, I attend NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) each year in order to be up on the latest trends, and I act as a resource for my clients, whether working with them currently or not.
