- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts on case by case basis or subscriptions services. But fees only increase if the length of time goes over the allocated time budget of the project. It rarely happens but does occasionally.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to break down the project and understand the vision and target audience. Then we deconstruct the script, graphics and shot list. We go over the plan and if approved we take it over from there. Then after a shoot date you get the first edit draft 7 days after. It goes to you for review and we fix or change any aspects you want changed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all versed in filmmaking and filmmaking techniques. We have won many awards for our films and our films have shown all over the world. We attend and alway keep up to date with new camera technology and laws and regulations. We always have and keep insurance at every job.
