This review is going to be long, but broken down into categories for your easier perusal. CUSTOMER SERVICE Immediate response time to my first inquiry (less than 2 hours). Professional exchange of info, details back and forth. Thorough explanation of scope of services and required time for the mold remediation process. PRICING I obtained 3 estimates where the spreads in the pricing were obscene. 365 Restoration was in the middle, with a thorough pricing contract outlining their performance of services. PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES Outstanding on-site performance and follow through, tidiness, cleaning. Staff performed a detailed, thorough cleaning/wiping/sweeping. Their actual services were beyond whatever you imagined. Entire staff was meticulous and incredibly detail oriented. Very friendly, warm, and professional demeanor. Home was left in immaculate condition. Exceeded expectations by a milestone. The owner was super helpful; he also advised me on the next steps I should take after his company finished the plaster demolition/mold cleanup. No question that you won't regret giving this company a call/text/email to ascertain what they can do for you.
