Dez It All was created to allow people the ability to overcome their fears and feel comfortable in their bodies! We wanted a safe space for people to reconnect to themselves and / or their partners through movement, allowance, joy, and team building. We teacg salsa, bachata, ballet, two step, tango, Vinyasa Floe, sound healing, restorative yoga and are trauma informed certified. Dance and Yoga are two powerful ways to express yourself, team build, or express your creativity. I can't wait to share with you the tools to become more confident and comfortable on the dance floor or in yoga class.

Dez is a phenomenal instructor! I met her through a friend and started attending her divine feminine dance classes because I love dancing. Discovered she also teaches restorative yoga which has helped me relax, release stress, and heal physical and emotional pain!
