They came promptly but did not provide service as describe over the phone. Sprayed some water on my windows and said they couldn't find the leak and wasn't responsible for finding leaks that might come from the roof or siding even though that was promised over the phone. They charged me for two guys for two hours. They were only there for an hour and did not find the leak. They said they would call and come back to caulk the windows, but never received a phone call to even discuss my situation. Worthless and $300.00 down the drain.

Diana, I am sorry that you are not happy with the service. Please note that I have personally tried to contact you 3 times to schedule window caulking. Our teams planned analysis was to search for leaks resulting from window defiencies. There were none. Had there been sign of such, further analysis would have consumed the additional time. We are not a roofing or siding contractor and therefore cannot inspect those areas. You were not charged $300.00. That estimate was based on 2 men for two hours. To date, you have not been charged, and certainly wont be charged $300.00. Please contact the office and I would be more than happy to schedule the caulking, and discuss further options. We had an attempted break-in last Friday, December 4, 2015. My roommate called Marc who came out to our house and measured the same day. He negotiated a price, which I could afford. He took half down and half when the job was completed, which was today. He sent two men over who replaced the window in a very short space of time. Marc was very nice, kind, and seemed like more of a family member the way that he cared. It was amazing! Thank you Marc from the bottom of my heart, and I will definitely use your services again and will recommend you to others.
