- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies depending upon what the needs are, the size and scale of the home, etc. Our 2 hour consultation for staging a furnished home is $150. Our cost to stage a home with furnishings require a two month minimum and begin at $500 depending upon where in the valley the home is located and items needed for the stage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact, we ask to chat on the phone to learn a little more about style of home, size of home, time frame, etc. After that we set up a meeting to take a peek at the property and then can give a quote of what may be needed for the stage. After the quote is accepted, we set up the soonest install date which will vary upon items in inventory, schedule, etc. We realize that time is of the essence so we do try to get the stage completed ASAP.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 40 combined years of custom home building, plumbing design, window treatment design, colorization and more. We stage homes for a large valley builder helping them to move their inventory! Continuing education yearly at Las Vegas Market is a must in our industry to keep up with the top trends!
