Introduction: Ellen Haines (E-RYT 200) is a yoga and meditation teacher in Seattle Washington. She has dedicated herself to the practice, study, and teaching of yoga since discovering its joys and benefits in 2011.
She trained in the disciplines of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga at the Association for Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh, India. Being a lifelong learner, she continues to study and practice with world-renowned instructors such as Meghan Currie, Patrick Beach, and Dylan Werner.
Her vinyasa classes are a challenging yet satisfying blend of effort and ease, meant to inspire and empower her students. She believes that when you conquer challenges on your mat, you develop the strength and confidence to conquer the challenges you face off it.
