Simona is fantastic! She has a great vibe and is very knowledgeable, as well as really care about guiding the participants in her classes. As an professional athlete it is very hard to find instructors like her. The variety of poses she introduced is great and I’ve enjoyed exploring some of it with her and others. I highly recommend visiting her studio… you’ll be glad you did!”

Simona is the best yoga teacher I have ever had! Her workouts are challenging but also leave you stretched out and relaxed, and she cues so well you don't need to look at her to follow, once you've been to one or two sessions. I love her!

Simona is the best Yoga instructor I have EVER had in all my 77 years. (My first class was when I was 33 years old). She is very knowledgeable and meets everyone where they are and helps them get better. If you do not want to work HARD, don't take her class. I have come so far in the 2 1/2 years she has taught this class. I love the way she introduces scripture at just the right moments so that moving our bodies becomes a spiritual experience.

Simona shows professionalism in her yoga instruction: her presentation is thorough in teaching yoga postures, and she includes music that is soothing, healing, and motivational. The Biblical perspective of Holy Yoga holds value to me and to my husband, Cy. We love the spiritual presence and the value of the Holy Yoga experience in our body, mind, and emotions. Simona is a magnificent instructor, and we are pleased to attend her classes!

I have taken many yoga courses with different instructors. Simona was by far my favorite. She challenged me and taught me things I hadn’t learned before in other classes. She somehow managed to give personalized attention to each student while instructing an entire class. She knows what she’s doing, she’s very professional but also very friendly and personable. I would absolutely take her class again when it’s offered.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $95 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll set up a 30-minute initial call to discuss wellness troubles/goals so that, going into private sessions, we have a clear path established. I develop an individualized program for each person, offering various options to create a win-win setup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my 225-hour R-HYI (Registered Holy Yoga Instructor) certification in the spring of 2016 and have been teaching ever since! While teaching over the past four years, I have obtained additional certifications: C-HYI Touch - April 2017 C-HYI Pre/Postnatal - October 2018 200-hour YTT at Ashtanga Yoga Phoenix - April 2019
