- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing verys depending on the cleaning service you're wanting. We offer a wide variety of different cleanings. We do offer discounts here and there and run specials a few times a year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer I like to get to know the customer. Learn their needs and wants and even the things that drive him or her crazy. I like to know if they have any allergies to cleaners or dust. I come up with a schedule that works best for the customer and the company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mtn. Breeze Cleaners has over 20 years experience cleaning. We also have degrees in the healthcare fields. We have the skills and drive to do the job and make sure our customers are not only living or working in a clean environment but that they are safe. We have empathy for others and really go that extra mile to make sure they're taken care of.
