They replaced the insulation on the roof, and used the same tile.The people we worked with are Middleton, Mack, and Richard. They were wonderful, checking the work process everyday and made sure the insulation and the placement of the tile were to our satisfaction.The roofers were hard workers and very nice. It all was very much appreciated. John T. Ryan and I. Marie Gilman.

After a severe hail storm we unknowing had a damaged roof. Charlie from Arrow Roofing, Inc. did a free inspection for us and showed us how bad the roof actually was. He walked us through the process and paperwork from start to finish. The crew were very professional and fast, making sure they did a thorough clean up afterwards. I was impressed with the continued communication through out the process and their quick response to my questions. I highly recommend Arrow Roofing for any and all your roofing needs, and be sure to ask for Charlie Ponter.

I had an excellent experience with Dry Top Roofing. I appreciate this company to much for coming out to my home very last minute and inspecting the damage this other roofing company caused. I have lived in 4 homes in the Dewey and Prescott area and have had some roofing issues at some point with all the homes. Arrow negotiates with your insurance company to get you the best deal for the repairs. I am a repeat customer and have been pleased on each repair.
