I have lived in 4 homes in the Dewey and Prescott area and have had some roofing issues at some point with all the homes. Arrow negotiates with your insurance company to get you the best deal for the repairs. I am a repeat customer and have been pleased on each repair.

After a severe hail storm we unknowing had a damaged roof. Charlie from Arrow Roofing, Inc. did a free inspection for us and showed us how bad the roof actually was. He walked us through the process and paperwork from start to finish. The crew were very professional and fast, making sure they did a thorough clean up afterwards. I was impressed with the continued communication through out the process and their quick response to my questions. I highly recommend Arrow Roofing for any and all your roofing needs, and be sure to ask for Charlie Ponter.

I had an excellent experience with Dry Top Roofing. I appreciate this company to much for coming out to my home very last minute and inspecting the damage this other roofing company caused. Following a hail storm we contacted Arrow Roofing. From the beginning they worked with us on the damage inspection, insurance claim, reroofing, permit inspection, and final payment. Absolutely, we would use them again should the need arise.

Excellent work, very responsive to questions and follow up of service. I had a few issues with the shingle material. They promptly came out, addressed the problem (a shingle issue) and the manufacturer stepped up to pay to correct the defect. Their continued follow up customer service was superb.
