- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We write up a full estimate and we also write up for the basic cleaning of our discount prices that we have we give senior citizen military first responders, nurses and school teachers discounts we get free estimates and we give a six month guarantee with the services if you do a full service of air duct cleaning
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to the residence we give a free estimate because we don’t know how dirty the air ducts are we write you up an estimate and if you go with the estimate we provide for you we do the same-day services. We are truckmounted company we use Roto brushes to clean out the main return lines we have sanitizer and fogging machines for asthma and allergies respiratory problems. We also remove Mold
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dirt busters is a truck mounted company. We also have machines that do high-rise condominiums. All of my technicians are IICRC certified we are insured and license 90% of the companies in Arizona are not licensed that do this type of work. We also have big box vans to do restoration and water extraction. We also clean high priced area rugs, antique area rugs. We also clean tile and grout in Upholstery and we give free estimates.
