- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have built our business on the platform that customers should not feel forced or uncomfortable making any decision about home repairs. Our prices are straight forward and discounts vary depending on what service is performed. Free estimates valley wide. Military, First Responder, Educator, and Senior Discounts are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The entire process is white glove service. The owner of the business is your direct contact. We then partner with the customer on a best time to visit the provided address and communicate a full analysis and solution during that visit. It is normal to have a response to your original inquiry within 1 business hour
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our HVAC team has over 1,000 year of combined experience both in residential and commercial properties, not including our RSI education training. We serve over 1,500 residential customers annually and watch over 50 commercial properties in the Phoenix metro areas. We are recognized as a Lennox PremierDealer, Lennox factory direct dealer, Samsung HVAC Premier Plus, and Trane Comfort Advisor. We also both design and install custom home and commercial HVAC systems year round, including over 25 properties in 2020. This includes services such as blueprint design, air balances, APS reimbursement program, Aeroseal duct treatments, water restoration, insulation installation, duct cleaning, and various city code design.
