The job included 2 new circuits, outlets and switches in two rooms, ceiling fan prewires, ethernet cables, in-ceiling speaker wires, and a ductless AC install. He made the situation safe on day one. He came back the next day to rewire and replace all my kitchen lighting. Day 3 he refreshed my breaker box, since a breaker never tripped. He also removed load controller (another fire hazard) and added a whole house surge protecter upon my request. Everything Ian did was explained throughly prior to proceeding. He was on time, professional and cleaned up before leaving. I can't say enough good things about him or his service. He literally saved my home!"See more
