Kim was very quick to respond to my message and was very professional. She is very attentive and her many years as a dog trainer shows. She has treated our pup like her own. We immediately saw her starting to learn and become more obedient. You won’t find this value and commitment anywhere else. We are so grateful we found I love your dog pet services!Dec 31, 2020Verified

Kim is the dog whisperer our rottie puppy Eddie is all puppy and she has not only helped us understand him, he is so much better behaved and we are only a couple of lessons in. She is also training us on how to respond to unwanted puppy behavior. Eddie loves Ms KimDec 12, 2020Verified

We have been pleased with the interactions and progress that we have made with our dog. Kim is knowledgeable and works to make owners confident in the training methods.Dec 11, 2020Verified

She was much more reasonably priced than other trainers. I couldn't afford to break the bank to train my dog, and I really needed help so my mother in law would be willing to come to my House!Aug 11, 2020Verified

We had one visit but Kim provided a wealth of information that I was able to immediately use. This one visit has already provided needed change. I plan on contacting Kim again once I am physically able to work with my dog to complete the training.Jan 30, 2020Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing has been the same since 2000. I have set prices for my courses, it doesn't depend on the house you live in or what area you are in. It's more important to train dogs then lose the opportunity. And PLEASE, never give a review for a prompt response, that has nothing to do with how they work. And they end up with a five star rating for talking and not working.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to come meet if you like but typically I start the training with what you want most out of the training besides the obedience and problem solving. Example: One of my clients has MS and the most important thing to her was heeling with her 50 pound puppy at that time. We accomplished that first off and added all aspects of the training. He is a valued member of the family and travels with her daily. The first lesson is mainly starting out with the problem solving and seeing what I need to supply for the training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My love for dogs.
