- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I listen very carefully to what they want to do. People have different levels of exposure to construction. They normally have a pretty good idea of what they want. The better they are at conveying those ideas the easier it is for me to make them happen.Routinely it is: Consultation/ Work Proposal+Estimate/Refinements of the work proposal or Estimate/ Contract with a detailed description of work and Total cost. Many times the process is completed with the initial Work Proposal+ Bid = Estimate/Changes
