Introduction: We strike the perfect balance between quality craftsmanship and affordable pricing. We're not the least expensive remodeling contractor in Phoenix, but the price we charge for the craftsmanship and quality material you receive, there is no better deal in the world of home renovation. You will get great value for your money with NFNT Building & Design. I love seeing the transformation of an old, dated bathroom into a gorgeous new modem space - and the looks on our clients faces when the job is done. I take great pride in providing renovation work that will last.

We recently had the opportunity and pleasure of working with NFNT during our home repair and remodel. In September our town home was flooded during the record rainfall. We were fortunate to have retained the services of NFNT to assess the damage and not only repair but beautifully remodel our home after this unfortunate event. The NFNT staff were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be more happy with the end results. The materials and workmanship put into our home has truly transformed it into one in which anyone would be proud to live or entertain. We highly recommend NFNT’s expert staff and design team to anyone looking to increase the value and comfort of their home.

Showed up on time. Finished the job promptly. Hired him for two more jobs. Charlie had good ideas and was easy to work with.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as an fix-and-flip investor working on my own home renovation projects. Like many people I am an HGTV junkie and love the process of watching an old, tired home becoming reborn through a quality renovation.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We focus primarily on Kitchen and Bathroom renovations. My buying power and subcontractor relationships allow me to provide quality, luxurious kitchen and bathroom renovations for about 40% off what you would pay for the exact same kitchen or bathroom at a retail home store.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Under no circumstance hire unlicensed contractors. I have worked for many years as an investor and have hired hundreds of subcontractors to perform work for me. The only problems I've ever had with work not being completed properly, or work not being completed at all, have been because the subcontractor was unlicensed, and when problems came up, they simply walked off the job instead of pushing through and completing the work. It just isn't worth the risk you put your project in to hire unlicensed contractors.
