Introduction: An innovative, out-of-the-box graphic design professional with over 14 years of practical experience. I began as a fine arts major getting my feet wet in almost all studio arts, as follows: glass blowing, fiber arts, metals, painting, and more. I discovered a love of material exploration with focus on 3D work. I then moved into the School of Design at Arizona State University and obtained a B.S.D. in product design. The fascination of product design led me into the world of packaging, from concept to fruition and everything in between. I've vast experience with offset, silkscreen, rotogravure, flexography printing, and more on a multitude of substrates. I have worked for many years as a concept designer, but my wealth of printing knowledge in packaging and collateral has made me an asset. I fully understand the parameters required and consistently deliver great results. I have the following: - Ability to motivate and direct creative teams - Work well independently and with others - Develop and sustain cost-effective practices - Excellent understanding of packaging print methods and technical requirements - Expert-level graphic software skills with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Mac OS X - Thrive in a multi-project team environment
