I just purchased a new home in Arcadia last month. I was introduced to Joe & Dave at C&C Valley thru my real estate broker. We walked thru the house 2-3 weeks prior to closing with Joe with a large list of various things we needed completed post closing. Within 24 hours, we had a detailed estimate from C&C, about 2-3 pages worth of info and data with lots of options. We were REALLY impressed with the details!
All of the communication from the very first day until we were completed with the work was superb! I could not have done this without them! They had a professional crew of 1-2 guys each day until the job was completed! The Project Manager and lead crew member each had lots of great ideas! We used C&C for materials selections and have already referred them to 3 of our friends in Scottsdale and PV. They hung 4 TVS, installed new tile backsplash, new countertops, new hardware on all of the kitchen cabinets, doors and bathrooms.
They are in the planning stages to remodel my master bathroom.
So far, I’ve been extremely happy and satisfied! These guys pride themselves on going above and beyond your expectations! I’d highly recommend C&C Valley and unless something changes, they receive a 5 STAR review!
*** UPDATE! C&C Valley has done work for 3 of our friends, one with a family of 7 in PV and they said the same exact thing! 5 stars!

I was referred to Joe by a trusted agent. Joe’s experience in home reno was extremely beneficial when it came time to tackle my wish list of interior upgrades. From paint to countertops, Joe quoted and completed my list. We are now working on my fence/ gate in the backyard.
