- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real Estate Shoots: Listing Price of home x 0.0005, $150 minimum. Images are delivered via DropBox next morning. There is no restriction on web use or printing use for promotional purposes. All images are hand-processed, I don't offer different pricing for different levels of quality, there is only one level: the best I can deliver! 100% refund if you choose not to use the images. All other work will be quoted when specifics are provided, but next-day delivery and 100% guarantee still apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For real estate agents, I simply need the address, size of the home and an agreed shoot time. I shoot real estate between 4:30pm-6:00pm depending on time of year (for when the sun sets). Late day light is best, but early morning shoots can be arranged. I don't shoot in harsh mid-day light. Please note that I do not accept jobs on the weekend. Payment is taken at the end of the shoot by iPhone swiper or cash. A detailed receipt will be included with the images upon delivery (for credit cards you will also receive an email receipt immediately, I use PayPal merchant services). I understand things happen so if neither cash or credit cards are available to the listing agent at the end of the shoot I can also email a PayPal invoice which can be paid with any credit card prior to image delivery.

Adobe Certification in Photoshop CC, CS6 & CS5. Part of beta-testing team for Adobe Exams. Member of Professional Photographers of America and Canon Professional Services. Graduate of NY Institute of Photography (1995).
