Our 1-on-1 boxing and kickboxing sessions and classes are designed to get you in the best shape of your life. We start with cardio, then incorporate bags, mitts and many other unique exercises to increase your balance, coordination, stamina, strength and endurance as well as your hand-eye coordination.
How many out-of-shape boxers do you see? Come in and give us a try. There are no contracts or fees, and your session will be with a professional athlete! It doesn't get better than this!
