- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A starting price will be applied based on the square footage of your home plus $20 per bathroom and bedroom. You can receive a discount by signing up for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings. The discount for weekly cleanings is 15%, 10% for bi-weekly, and 5% for monthly cleanings! Please note that we do not offer in-person or walk-through quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key! We use a management software to safely secure your information including the details of your clean and contact information. We want to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, so we'll send you a reminder 3 days prior to your cleaning, a message letting you know when we've completed your cleaning, and a call 1-2 days afterwards to ask how we did and if there's anything we can improve on for next time.
