David was a stand up guy. He installed all new shutoff valves under my sinks (they were frozen) and installed new plumbing on my kitchen sink. The kitchen sink turned out to be way more work than anticipated but David was fine with that and made it quick work. He even serviced items that he didn't quote on his flat fee like tightening up my kitchen faucet. He also took the time to educate us on preventative maintenance to ensure we did not run into any issues in the future. Highly recommend him for your projects.
Jeremy did an excellent job installing 4 recessed lights in my kitchen and 2 dimmers. He is professional, clearly experienced and pays attention to the smallest detail. Bottom line, good value for great work.
Done Right was super-responsive (same-day service) and right on time -- actually early! Changing the kitchen faucet took about 30 minutes, no mess, no muss. Charged a little more than other quotes I received, but it was worth it to get a little courtesy thrown in for good measure. Thank you!
Kitchen sink faucet replacement. Great service and great price.
John responded immediately during the holidays and came out within 1/2 hour to fix my hot water heater. He was extremely professional, honest and reasonable in pricing and fixed my Moen faucet as a bonus! I would highly recommend him for any home repair need and I will definitely use him for future projects.
He installed two toilets, a kitchen faucet and new fixtures on a shower. He was efficient and got the jobs done in a timely manner. I would recommend him as a plumber for any of your needs
I had a new vanity sink which needed to be installed . He showed up on time and first gave an estimate and then came back later to do the job. During the job we found that a part was missing and he volunteered to go and get the part from Home Depot and gave me the receipt for that. Even after that we found that the faucet was of the wrong size so I had to order it online and asked him to come another day to finish the job. He was professional throughout and charged very reasonable rates . Also the quality of work was very good . I would surely recommend him !
I own a rental property in Tempe. It needed a new faucet installed in the kitchen, drain stoppers replaced, curtain rod and curtains hung, cracks in the wall repaired, closet doors repaired and a few other tasks. My tenant reported that Doug came with the list in his hand and completed all the work in one day. He said everything looks and works great. I still haven't received the bill yet, but am very happy to have the house's issues repaired.
David and his team are without question the best out there! I hired him to paint the interior of my home as well as refinish the cabinets in my kitchen and he and his team did a phenomenal job! They were not only professional, but also were very detailed in ensuring things were done right the first time. I had several quotes and David was by far the best price. If you are looking for a someone to help with any home remodeling or repairs you should look no further and hire Time4LSM. I highly recommend David and his team and will use them again and again for any jobs I need to have done to my home.
Jason did a great job repairing my toilet and backyard faucet. He was on time, very courteous and thorough!
Adrian called and arrived early for our appointment. He was friendly, informative. (all of the above) He did a great job repairing our door and replacing some hardware in our bathroom. I feel we definitely got our money's worth. He is coming back to do some more work for us very soon. I would recommend Adrian and he will be our go to guy when we need repairs/etc in the future.
We had a few projects that included installing new cabinet hardware/pulls in our kitchen and bathrooms and some electrical work. Alex did a great job. Will definitely call him for future needs.
Did a nice job installing new faucet and other misc projects. Thank you
Carlos provided a re-piping (hot side) job for us. His estimate was very competitive, and there were no surprises with the cost. Actually, he found a rusty bolt on our hot water heater and replaced it at no charge along with a connector hose under a bathroom sink. The dishwasher hose was also found to be deteriorating. I purchased a new one and it was replaced at no additional charge. We have a tub that one company told us needed to be removed for an additional approximate cost of $1000! Carlos was able to remove and replace the tub's facing without causing damage saving us the additional cost. The re-piping is a messy task, and we are left with many holes in the walls to be repaired (which was explained to us); he provided us with a drywall repair person to help with that project. Carlos is connected with other professionals as well. He has high standards and doesn't settle for mediocrity. He and his two other workers were polite, considerate, and cleaned up as much as possible (considering we still have the drywall repairs). I would highly recommend Carlos for any plumbing project, and plan on using his expertise in the future. So glad we found him!
Paul did a great job cleaning up a wiring mess in out kitchen. Old wires were replaced and unnecessary wires were removed. He also made suggestions for wiring in the garage which was not even included in the kitchen job. We're very happy with the end results. Outstanding work. Thanks.
EXCELLENT RESULTS!!! SOLID TEAM, CONSISTENT FOLLOW THROUGH!!!! THIS IS WHAT WORKING WITH A CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE!!! Josh Rudin and his team at ASAP RESTORATION completely restored our home after it was flooded. We are so happy we ended up hiring them. They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. Jason was our Project Manager and I know we couldn't have gotten through all of this without his help as well. Everything from sheetrock to drywall and painting to door trims was well done. We got to know the staff well, and they were such nice people with good work ethic. ASAP also has great sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. They recommended great quality products and have the right professionals for installation. I'm in the design business myself and had never been through an experience like this with flood damage. I can't say enough about the professionalism and follow through from ASAP. I would and will recommend them to my friends and family. Also important to note, if they have a point of view on something that would look better, listen to them, they know their business. We went back and forth on a few finish options and whenever I took their advice, I was happy with the end result! I may be a designer, but I believe you can always learn something new if you stay open! Here's the reality check. You as the customer have to do your homework too. Don't expect them to bring you lots of floor samples and counter top samples and cabinet samples. That is time consuming and not part of their job. But do feel free to ask them for advice on where to go to check out materials, they have great sources!! My opinion is, when you go through something like this, you have to take the time to understand what your insurance company is willing to pay for. Talk to your adjustor if you have questions. And once you know, for example, what your budget is for kitchen countertops, go check out material pricing at Lowe's. Then you can have a reasonable conversation with your contractor. If you don't do your own homework and just leave it in your contractor's hands, you will be fine - just don't complain if it isn't exactly what you imagined. Hiring a contractor is a 2 way relationship. If you don't do your part, you shouldn't complain unless something is actually installed wrong. We are very happy with all the work performed by ASAP!! SO GRATEFUL TO ASAP RESTORATION FOR MAKING OUR HOME BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!!
Travis did an exceptional job for us. He replaced a kitchen faucet, recaulked our guest tub, replaced a leaky outdoor faucet and worked on our over the sink pocket light. His specialty is plumbing. Great value, workmanship and delivered as promised. We recommend Travis
We had a clogged pipe in our kitchen. We used Thumbtack and No Worries was the first to respond and Daryl, one of the owner operators, was professional and pleasant. Scheduling was quick and Joe, the other owner operator, explained the options clearly and completely. The work was done in less than an hour. We would definitely recommend No Worries Rooter.
He didn't bring all his tools with him that he needed and he had to go back to Home Depot 3 times. After he left I noticed 2 of my faucets were on crooked.
5 star company! Had them take out our builder grade tub and twin sink, install new higher profile toilet and put in a large walk in shower with sprayers at both ends with center entrance. Narsay and Sammy Bello did a great job explaining their process, timelines and how to save expense with our selections. Their tile guy was phenomenal as well. After we agreed on price and timelines we decided to add some extras like new lighting fixtures we had purchased and two very heavy mirrors - they agreed to hang them at no additional charge. We also had them install backsplash in our kitchen area and it turned out much better than our expectations. We had selected tile already for it and Sammy took the time to go shop for something we might like better and we loved his choice. He took our tile back to return it as well. Two very hardworking and experienced guys that I'd recommend for a major master bath remodel or kitchen remodel. Our son liked the work and is considering doing a similar project and we recommended Venus Homes LLC to him as well.
Built my wall and kitchen island for a fair price and I absolutely love the results
