- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing, and while not always the lowest cost, we offer what we believe to be a high level of service and professionalism. We accept all types of payment options depending on the job being done. On full landscape design, construction and installation jobs we usually require a down payment and final payment upon completion of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although we do all kinds of landscape work, some are simple estimates right on the spot and some take a little time to put togeter. From the start of the process we try to work with them to understand their needs. We start with an initial conversation over phone call, email or text message: whatever is preferred by the customer. We work out a time to meet on site to obtain information to help us understand what exactly your project is all about. Once we have figured out a plan of attack, we usually put together a proposal for you so that you clearly know what you are getting. If you want use our company for your landscape project, we sign contracts and begin the project in a timely and professional manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We at Alpha Landscapes LLC have over 50 years of combined landscaping experience. We are members of ALCA (Arizona Landscape Contractors Association) a highly recognized association.
