- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is clear and straightforward with no hidden fees. we provide a detailed breakdown so that customers know exactly what to expect on the day of move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to discuss their specific needs. If our services are a good fit, we then provide a moving estimate for their job. Upon the client’s agreement, we secure their moving date with a non-refundable deposit. Twenty-four hours before the scheduled move, we reach out to confirm the arrival time. On the day of the move, we notify the client 30-60 minutes before the movers are set to arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of personal moving experience including international movings and over 5 years of professional moving experience.
